The data we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your full name, telephone number, email address, your message and the language you were viewing the website in.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box.
How it is stored
Enquiries are stored securely in our website's protected database. Only authorised administrators can access them.
Third-party service providers
We use trusted providers to run this website: our website hosting and database provider, and Resend, which delivers enquiry notification emails to Patricia. These providers process data on our behalf only to provide their services.
Data retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for no longer than 24 months, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent at any time. Email patt50manza@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
